Ravens make all kinds of odd sounds. In red rock country, it's common to hear a lone raven flying along the cliffs, their caw-cawing echoing through the canyon. But they also make some guttural noises that almost sound like they're having a conversation with themselves. I found this Raven near the trailhead for Mesa Arch in Canyonlands National Park in Utah.
