Juvenile Bald Eagles chase each other on the South side of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge (near Highway 99A). This refuge is an urban refuge made up of reclaimed farm land. Residents living on the edge of the refuge, or passersby on the highway, can often see sights like this.
