A Black-Capped Chickadee hangs upside down from a branch, perhaps looking for seeds, on the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. I daily saw Black-Capped Chickadees and Rose-Breasted Nuthatches at my feeders in Tigard near the refuge, but I rarely saw them at the refuge. Now that I live in Arizona, I do miss seeing Chicadees and Nuthatchers at my feeders.
