On a rare winter day in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon, a flock of Canada Geese fly over the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. A snow-covered Mount Hood can be seen in the background, a rare sight in the normally cloudy winters in Oregon west of the Cascade mountain range.
