A scene from the day before the grand opening of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. This is the catwalk to the Wetland Observation Deck. Volunteers from the Friends of the Tualatin River Refuge spent all day sweeping the walks, grooming the trails, and doing many other preparations for the grand opening.
