For some reason, sunrise is always colorful in New Mexico. Maybe that’s why they call it the “Land of Enchantment.” This sunrise scene is at the main impoundment at Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, near Socorro. The many snow geese, ducks, and sandhill cranes in the distance make this a “birdscape.”
